Corporate Social Responsibility
“Sincerity does not only complete the self; it is the means by which all things are completed. As the self is completed, there is human-heartedness; as things are completed, there is wisdom. This is the virtue of one’s character, and the Way of joining the internal and external. Thus, when we use this, everything is correct.”
― Yamamoto Tsunetomo, Hagakure: The Book of the Samurai!
No other industry is as connected to every element of the earth as the Marine industry. It is this connection that makes us strive to reach further while being well grounded to our core.
We have a dedicated fund set aside for community initiatives which is extended to each of the causes our whole team feel passionately about.
This is where our passion meets the lives that inspire us to reach farther, higher and wider. The lives that complete our character and makes us wiser.
Computer Lab Upgrade
2019 - Located in the rural village of Mollem, Abhinav Vidyamandir High School needed infrastructure for their computer labs. Little Suresh and Vikas are able to complete their computer classes uninterrupted during frequent power failures. Their spirit to strive against the odds is highly commendable! It got us to take notice.
"The school is grateful to Buoyancy Consultants for sponsoring UPS units for the computer labs. We can continue with classes without a worry now" - Laxmi Naik - Computer Science Faculty
Computer Education in Rural Schools
'If you want to travel fast go alone, if you want to travel far travel together' . In 2017 one of our fellow companies were looking to lead an initiative to revamp computer labs for schools which didn't have funding for them. Raspberry Pi's proved to be an effective alternative to the budget. We joined in to provide the school with its much needed window to the worlds web.
'We take technology for granted. The same with resources. It was an uplifting experience to work on this initiative. We have setup a dedicated fund for these programs."
Technology Outreach
In 2015 a group of IT professionals thought to inspire children and introduce them to technology. From robotics to simple coding. We were fortunate to be part of this effort. Most of them hadn't see a ship, let alone been on one. Its this effort that prompted us to take up Virtual Reality as a vertical.

In'turn' Innovation
At the 2015 edition of Technology Outreach program one inspired youth decided to take on coding as a hobby. So in 2018, he wanted to spend his summer interning with us to develop a software bot. Gajesh Naik, just turned 10 that year. It was an honor for him to choose us to work with. He's an honorary member of 'BuoyantForce'. This year we expect others to follow in his wake..
